The annual Asia Region Workshop for Art Educators will be hosted at Victoria Shanghai Academy in Hong Kong this year. VSA's location in a vibrant hub of art and culture provides a unique backdrop for professional networking, growth and exchange. Meet with Art educators across Asia, share insights, and build valuable connections that will enrich your practice. We look forward to welcoming you to VSA and Hong Kong!

For teachers by teachers providing direct art-making application and inspiration for classroom teaching in the region.
A collaborative endeavor largely shaped by the host school and its unique location.
An event with participant driven content. The weekend is structured around a workshop ethos. Attendees participate as instructors and partners in art-making and discussion.

Thank you all for your interest in attending ARWAE 2025. We had an unprecedented number of people wanting to register this year. We understand the frustration some of you may be feeling and are currently working to increase the capacity of the workshop whilst keeping true to the ethos of ARWAE and ensuring that the workshop is a positive and beneficial experience for all.
If you didn't manage to get a ticket yet and managed to sign up on the waiting list, when a ticket becomes available we will contact you (based in order of time added to the waitlist).

Refunds Policy
For ARWAE 2025 ticket holders, should you need to cancel your attendance, please inform us as soon as possible on arwae-2025@vsa.edu.hk, so that we can open up the space to others on the waiting list. Refunds are available based on the following:
>30 days before ARWAE (8th October), 100% refund minus refund admin fee
>14 days before ARWAE (24th October), 50% refund minus refund admin fee
14 days or fewer before ARWAE: No refund available
